I founded P4 Hospitality Group to help independent restaurant groups strengthen how they operate, lead, communicate, and perform.

Over time, many restaurant groups reach a point where operational complexity outpaces the systems supporting the business. Leadership teams work hard, but communication becomes inconsistent, accountability weakens, labor pressure increases, execution varies across locations, and profitability becomes more difficult to protect.

These challenges are rarely caused by a lack of effort.

More often, they result from unclear systems, inconsistent leadership rhythm, limited operational visibility, and operational habits that are difficult to sustain as the business grows.
